I'll be participating in the campaign because I like the vision. It's not just another cookie cutter L2.

However, I can understand the community's frustration and I believe Starknet's priorities are misaligned. Their attempt to woo Eth stakers and github users into using Starknet by throwing cash at them at the expense of existing users in the community will likely result in underwhelming results. The onboarding is not smooth, the dapps available are new, TVL is low, bridging isn't straightforward, transactions are still expensive.

Yes, most of the accounts crying and shitting on starknet in CT are bots and farmers. That does not mean there isn't a big group of real users who feel betrayed. The requirement to have an arbitrary amount of eth on an arbitrary point in time simply doesn't make sense! Adding to this, I believe the sole reason for starknet rushing into airdrops has to do with it's VC investors wanting a payday. Them being able to claim is as early as two months is ridiculous and goes against the sprit of vesting cliff.

I want the project to succussed and I'll be a user for sure. But I'll understand if some ppl feel betrayed and want to move on.
