I'm not sure about food, but there's signature cocktail Singapore sling you have to try at Long Bar 🍹 The street food market is a great experience, and also try sandwich ice-cream 🥪

I would highly recommend going to street food on the weekend in downtown between the skyscraper. Wide selection and good prices. Also the atmosphere is insane. Get sugarcane as a drink, very refreshing. There is also a good restaurant for eating frog legs. But need to ask my friends from Singapore for the name again.
Depends what you're looking for. Singapore is great for having high-quality 清蒸鱼 and high-quality avocado toast within 200 meters of each other. A lot depends on personal preferences. There's also good food (of every category) even at the lower price levels if you go to the hawker centers.
Check out the hawker centers Lau Pa Sat is an example but they are a bit more pricey and touristy than others. Still good though.
Try any big hawker center. Not sure which are near the T2049 venue but could try something like Maxwell food centre.
