buying online in the early days felt like getting a 30%+ discount always. + deals platforms like groupon + “free“ online content from Napster like platforms
No airdrop ,no community.Compare Arbitrum with other l2 you can find something,Arbitrum with big airdrop now it is the biggest L2. The people who get the Big Airdrop will advertise it and use it.People who get rich by airdrop will pay back the project.Look at SUI for no airdrop now $sui dump like shit.
Pay to view ad services, can’t remember them all but AllAdvantage was one. You could download a mouse mover app and get $25 free each month. Went a long way in middle school 😜
Made it 200 likes!!
Now lets get $Lens airdrop
New user acquisition cost, any Internet business has their individual user acquisition cost
Ohhh...let me share this post of yours with some youtubers.....and bang the next day "lens airdrop coming" will be the hot topic 🤣🤣🤣
“Congratulations! You’re the 1,000,000 visitor!”
Although I think that was usually a scam. Lol
The cost of attracting users, advertising fees, and discounts, in fact, compared with the various costs of attracting users in web2, airdrops in web3, especially large-scale airdrops, are lower in cost and better in effect. Of course, this is a double-edged sword. If Being very stingy will offend users and keep you away from your product
Wasn’t Groupon once famous? I guess different discounts available for using online
maybe discount coupons, maybe early access. Technology has evolved, strategies have not :)
You should also use technique similar to friend tech so that lens gets more viral. I mean you can incentivize users with weekly / monthly points or NFTs for usage of lens applications. You could also think of freind tech user invitation technique. I really think it will create domino effect for lens applications
Similar rewards and points technique is also used by blur and now is being used fun mint also.
We threw floppy disks through the room
Didn’t know the Internet days are over though 🤣
