What do we all think about #hashtags in social media? honest opinions, and from the standpoint that they don't help algos anymore these days (no algo or discovery utility)

#HashTag is really useful to reach a vast community. Hashtag help small creators viral in the space
useful in searching also I like your creative idea in adding the logo to some hashtags like #lenster #lens #btc #ethereum
kinda pointless since you can just search for words in the post. maybe if the backend added them invisibly for some kind of grouping for search or discoverabillity
Hashtags not much, but $Dollar tags give high certainty to your algo. We use it for token sentiment analysis
I think it wasn't working since the beginning :D personally, I use hashtags to show something is more important or it's relative to the subject...
$tag is a must but if its possible to change the $ symbol with ₿ would be great.
I always use and search based on #Hashtags on Twitter or Instagram. that's why for me it is important to connect with specific interests, events, and topics.
Hashtag helps to make posts or contents get to the right persons and also to drive traffic
