21I recently found www.noxx.xyz;
a Payroll & Compliance Tool which enables Companies to legally hire pseudonymous Talent whom, using a combo of KYC, ZK Proof, and cryptography to verify the authenticity of the Talent, while also ensuring Talent PID remains completely un-Doxxed and Confidential.
