“Out of Control”

My latest artwork digitally hand-drawn in Procreate. 10 editions available on Lens.

This is a new art style that I have been developing. My inspirations are the following artists: RossDraws, SamDoesArts, WLOP, Marc Brunet, plus classical impressionist painters. (TY to their tutorials!)

This character is inspired by Makima. I think she’s a well-written villain. Though the artwork below is not based on the anime/manga. Instead, I tried to portray a mysterious, attractive, beautiful character holding a candle, which is symbolical to how light will eventually reveal the true darkness hiding within a person. It is something that is inevitable if something is truly hidden. Something that is “out of control”.
