The summary is that layer 3s don't magically improve throughput even more, though they can reduce some fixed costs of batch publishing and deposits/withdrawals.

Also need to consider the infrastructure costs between the two-layer and three-layer architecture. Overall I do like the idea of running different rollup policies within a one ecosystem. Rollups for financial transactions and Validium for social transactions. This would also enable to have another instance for privacy transactions on top of the Rollup.
