Bell peppers - green, yellow and red - half each
One carrot
Couple of slices of kent pumpkin
Half Zucchini
A few pieces of broccoli
A few pieces of cauliflower
One long chilli
Sautéed for 10 minutes with a bit of salt, pepper and cumin seeds
Garnished with Danish style crumbled feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
