Cryptocurrency hardware wallet producer Ledger addressed today's hack, confirming that they've eradicated the malicious code from Ledger Connect and implemented new, secure code. This statement follows the Sushi CTO's alert about a hack jeopardizing the entire DeFi ecosystem. Ledger clarified that their cold wallets and the Ledger Live app remain uncompromised by the breach. The company's communication emphasized:
"We detected and purged the malicious script from Ledger Connect. A fresh, secure script has been deployed in its place. We advise against accessing any DeFi protocols at this moment. We'll keep the community updated. Rest assured, Ledger wallets and the Ledger Live application are unaffected by this event."
Ledger also cautioned users via Twitter about their limited social media presence and the importance of staying alert to phishing schemes in the crypto space.

What if your LENS handle is stolen/hacked
Hi Frens,
Posting another topic in Kaira today, which I was always curios about.
I always had this apprehension as of what will happen if our LENS profile is stolen or hacked. Off late, I have been hearing scary stories about wallet hacks, and as per my understanding if that happens, we will lose our beloved LENS handle too 😒, and with that our identity is stolen as well, which is quite a scary situation. Will our frens ever come to know that our handle has been hacked?
Is there be any way to recover the handle? If not now, will there ever be a remote possibility of innovating a solution in the coming years?
