What would be the top priorities you would set for U.S. Policymakers when it comes to common sense crypto policy? Here are mine:
- Regulate USD-denominated and full-reserve stablecoins, and ensure they are banked.
- Cleanly regulate U.S. based exchanges and custodians without breaking their products.
- Introduce a safe harbor that takes a market cap and volume weighted approach to token regs.
- Leave NFTs, DeSoc, DePIN, and non-financial crypto applications the hell alone.
- Encode privacy rights and self-custody rights in statute.
