just by looking at the chart ,you can see consistent and even buys. Once you see it on one chart, it really pops out and you see it everywhere.

futhermore, looking at that chart, you can clearly see many small buys over a longer period of time. thats why it looks so clean and even on the way up!
Time Weighted Average Price buying is a strategy where you make many many smaller trades over a specified time period, instead of making one large transaction which would cause "irregular" price movements. Basically, breaking down one, very large buy into many many buys over a certain period of time that youd like to purchase.
