Loved reading about your deep dive and I’m happy I could spark some inspiration 💖
I do believe these inner journeys are very much worth while. They can help us figure out who we are and what we actually want, what motivates us and what will actually feel fulfilling for us. Not the easiest thing to do, and sometimes it can get overwhelming or scary, but I do think it’s fundamental.
What food of yours is his favorite?
If nothing else, it’s a beautiful thing allowing others to witness your process and journey and to get to know you, beyond the things that you actualy do get through to getting done :)
I know the feeling of wanting to get so many things done and not having the time (or the skill, or the support, or the resources etc) to actually do it.
And I don’t think any of us is inherently “lazy”, I think laziness or procrastination is a deeper message from our system that something needs to cchnage. Now, I don’t know what that is, but I know it’s feedback that our nervous system is giving to us. So perhaps slowing down and looking to understand what is it, beyond the likitations of time, that is at play here, could be quite helpful. Why do we want to do so many thing? Why fo we find that even when we could be doing more we are actually not doing it? Etc.
Why do you feel you have to push harder at all? Why is the current pace not good enough?
I meant the timestamp on my clock when I checked your profile :)
I pay attention to signs 🤔
