Disco Teletubbies

Phlote is a community that uses Web3 tech to discover rising artists before they become household names in music. Every Wednesday, we hold open recording sessions at Eaton DC, a hotel and creative incubator located in Washington D.C. and Hong Kong. These sessions give us the opportunity to bring the best emerging artists together from around DC, MD and VA (DMV), a region of the US that is brimming with world-class talent. Stars that hail from the DMV include Duke Ellington, Marvin Gaye, Dave Chapelle, Samuel L. Jackson, Stephen Cobert, Dram, Brent Faiyez, Benny Blanco, Kali Uchis and many many more. The sessions at Eaton allow us to find and help propel the next generation of stars coming out of DC.

March 18, 2023: Phlote House at SXSW

What is Phlote House? The place where Team Phlote comes together to record with new artists at a pivotal moment before they graduate to becoming a household name in music. SXSW was a 4 day shoot, set in a beautiful location that had a trampoline. Dreamcast enjoyed it!
