A siloed network with high switching costs. Even though that is exactly the point but switching cost can still occur on the protocol level. So cross chain interoperability is essential!
You cant block someone on protocol level I assume. So if someone is gonna be banned from one client they can just switch the client or fork the code (if open-source) to keep participating in the network.
The only way I see someone being deplatformed is if they get blacklisted by any Lens client which is only possible by keeping a register of blacklisted individuals that every client commits to obey to.
This literally shows that the standalone value of social networks is basically 0 hahah
