I want to elevate 1/1 Lens art, and I have a few ideas. Let me know what you think:
馃憠馃徎 1/1 collects as a profile quality booster: Collecting 1/1 art could enhance your profile's reputation on Lens.
馃憠馃徎 1/1 collects with commercial rights: Are you a swag maker? Purchase 1/1 art to use on your products. Buy 1/1 music to feature in your videos, if you're a content creator.
For the first idea, it would require algorithms to apply that rule. Should I open my API to make this easier?
For 2, we likely need new metadata on Lens to signal copyright rules. Each 1/1 would not only be art but also a contract.
It's worth noting that the Top Collectors on @mysticgarden are also the top 1/1 collectors across the entire @lens ecosystem, including Auctions and "Buy Now" sales.
Being a prominent 1/1 collector is definitely a reputation boost within the community!
So shout out to:

More collectors statistics are on the way 鉂わ笍馃敟
Gm!!
While I鈥檓 busy building @mysticgarden, Daniel has decided to build his own Mystic Garden at home 馃槄
It all started with bonsai videos, then desert roses, and now flowers in general. He鈥檚 hyperfocused on gardening 馃尫
Of course, I love it. As the daughter of a biologist, I grew up surrounded by plants.
Even when I lived in small apartments, plants were always my companions. I already had a few here in our new place, but mostly just a pink mini rose and an orchid.
Sometimes I like to step away from my computer and join him in caring for our real-life garden 馃┓
I'm almost finished setting up the Lens 1/1 Collectors Rank to feature on @mysticgarden
Can you guess who the biggest collectors are as of today? Both in terms of BONSAI and the number of collects?
Drop your guesses, and I'll give extra points to the first ones who guess the top 3 correctly 馃敟
I think we actually need @lens team to have a final say on whether the community should be discussing Avara's treasury in a LIP or not.
@stani already mentioned that moving away from Matic was a great idea, but there hasn't been clarity on whether we should keep this LIP alive or close it. I believe LIPs are intended for technical aspects of the protocol, otherwise it shouldn't be on GitHub.
Also, it's a bit chaotic that we have over 20 LIPs with no final resolution or recent discussion.
So, could the team please give a final say on this? Valuable community members are discussing it, but we鈥檙e not even sure if it makes sense to do so.
Perhaps a better idea would be to create a community fund for Lens and then let the community decide what to do with it.
