@stani how scalable do you think GHO are compared to less decentralized stablecoins? Are you feeling bullish that you’ll win out long term?
Real talk: how is Lens Network going to change the way creators interact with Lens?
Found this awesome shop in Amsterdam. Had hundreds of plastic katanas on 50% off.
Anyone on Lens gonna be hacking in Paris next week?
Come join our Twitter Space tomorrow and chat about your project ideas. I'm gonna be lading the chat with a literal LEGEND of the hackathon circuit.
It's funny because I personally have a horrendous track record at hackathons. I've missed many because I networked (cough: partied) so hard the previous week that I caught COVID / dengue fever / lost my passport and had to leave the city to recover it.
Anyway, pull through and join the chat. We've got some awesome stuff to share.
Gm frens. Who's gonna be in Paris next week? If so let's:
Meet up
Take a selfie
Post it here with a 2 collect limit
Collect it ourselves for the treasured memories
Okay but wtf is this, why does it appear when you sign up for Threads, and why does it sound like Lens?
Ayy. It's been a while Lens Frens. I took an extended vacation in Bali and I managed to not come back as a toxic spiritualist life coach. I did get a Hawaiian shirt tho, I'm not perfect.
What did I miss?
Last year I finally decided to buy and read the Dark Forest by Cixin Liu – since so many people in the space seemed to love it. Ten pages in I realised it was the 2nd book of a trilogy. Finally got around to the first book and it's an absolute masterpiece.
Highlights include a scene where a pre-digital society uses an army of 30 million people to create a human computer, with teams of three waving flags acting as logic gates. In another scene a particle accelerator misfires and unfolds a proton from 11 dimensions into 1, creating a 16 light year long string.
10/10 would recommend.
