In the current development phase of #Starknet labeled as "Building now" the v3 transactions for Q1 2024 are undergoing construction. This version brings forth notable changes, including the introduction of a new transaction type - transaction v3 - allowing users to pay transaction fees in $STRK, in addition to $ETH.

Furthermore, the structure of v3 transactions is designed to accommodate several upcoming features outlined below. It is crucial to note that while v3 transactions will support these features, not all of them will be immediately available in Starknet V0.13.0.

1. Fee Market: Starting with Starknet v0.14.0, a fee market will be implemented, empowering users to optimize their transaction processes during periods of network congestion.

2. Paymaster Mechanism: A mechanism will be introduced to allow entities other than the transaction sender to cover transaction fees.

3. Account Deployment: The deployment of accounts will occur with an account's initial Invoke or Declare transaction.

4. Volition Mode: This feature aims to reduce data availability costs.

5. Nonce Generalization: Users will have the capability to send multiple transactions simultaneously by specifying different channels for each transaction, enhancing the flexibility of the system.

#Starknet is currently enhancing the overall network stability through a series of infrastructure improvements. Progress is being made in optimizing the synchronization of components and eliminating identified bottlenecks to ensure their efficient operation.
