Woke up on the wrong side of the bed, with demon voices trigging my worst fears - how do you quiet all the nagging nasty thoughts in your mind? Anticipation of the worst outcomes actually more scary than the deed itself. A salt water bath, a flying visit to the temple and extremely focused day on productive work.

I remember hearing a beautiful saying “You gotta be rich to be insane, Losing your mind is not a luxury for the middle class.”

Losing your mind feels like an indulgence, a disservice when I snap out of these thoughts. It feels, I lost precious time, worrying over nothing.

I refuse to give these demons any power over my beautiful mind.
So I BOOO! 👻 right back at my demons, laugh at them and call it a day.
