My web3 name is alerex (the combination of my actual name "alessandro" and the one of my passed childhood dog "rex")

I'd call myself a web3 builder with experience in both product and full-stack development. I am proudly the co-founder of a crypto payment request app available at wooppay.xyz, and I am often joining hackathons.

This helps us to improve. To debug this issue, I need to ask some extra questions:

• can you check if your balance has changed in etherscan? If you feel sharing your wallet address ending in ...52e8, I can also check it
• the transaction loading progress is triggered after the transaction is confirmed in your selected wallet. Which wallet are you using?
• would you mind sharing your woop payment url with me?

Asking the right questions is not an easy challenge. We should avoid the vague ones. What I want to capture from users, while building a new product, is:

1. Does the product solve this problem for you?
2. Would you pay for it?

Also, feedback by itself is not helpful. This should go in parallel with a product validation. Show early product, ask question 1 and 2; get the feedback back into the product, show early product v2, ask question 1 and 2; repeat...
