Curious if anything new is happening on Lens - so far I think it's loosing decentralised social media game :(
I think at this moment Farcaster is much more ahead with the UX and adoption. Lens need to steup the gam to keep up.
What are really miss at Lens is very good mobile app. Decentralised Social Networks still need to be at least as useful at Web2 experience. Otherwise it is really hard to get mass adoption.
I see less and less activity here happening. Unless there will be big push, opening the gates and getting the token, it will be hard to regain momentum...
I think Lens Protocol seems to loose momentum and Farcaster starts to winning - mobile apps are the killers of the social media and the onboarding process is much easier. Interesting that no one talks about decentralisation though...
Bitcoin ETF turned out to be quite a "buy the rumours, sell the gossip event". It will be quite interesting to see if the same will happen for the ETH closer to May.
Interesting changes to Lens protocol recently. However, I still find it inferior UX - I came back after few weeks and all of a sudden I'm being asked to sign some Lens manager. No explanation why, what it is and what is the benefit. Crypto is super techy, but really behind on good user experience thinking.
And the last thing that Lens really needs mobile apps. There will be never adoption without getting mobile app in place. Especially for social media apps.
While the LensPort for sure gets better on UI side (new design is much better!), there are still annoying things on the UX - especially the fact that I need to reconnect with the wallet every 5 minutes...
I also really miss the content here - without reason to come here and getting creators on the platform, everything else doesn't matter.
