So I spent some time this weekend working on a creative coding project I like to call Abstract Invites.
The primary focus of the project was to create an algo that never reproduced the same artwork twice.
The next phase is putting it all onchain, so everyday a new artwork piece will be generated automatically forever.
I intend for the artwork to be displayed IRL but to my knowledge NFT viewers are not up to par as of yet.
But I plan to take my time on this as I’m in no rush to launch my genesis art project because the plan is that it will outlive me.
In the meantime you can play with the algo
A 1 square is pretty rare, I’ve yet to see 0 squares although the orange one does come close, you can still make out the border though.
Oh and btw there are no third party dependencies like P5.js it’s all the Canvas API.
Be careful I find pulling to refresh on mobile it’s oddly addictive, but maybe that’s just me 🙂
