About the Artist: Kontak is a Video Editor / Filmmaker / Photographer / Digital Artist from Buffalo, NY. Kontak graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Digital Media Arts from Canisius College in 2019 and began working in advertising immediately after graduation. His documentary film "Love Conquers Fear: Lessons in Boxing and Life" aired on PBS in 2019 and 2020. Recently, Kontak has been collaborating with @gmifrens.lens, exploring the @aavegotchi.lens protocol, and experimenting with blockchain, NFTs, and AI technologies. Kontak is a Native American and a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.

About the Work: This piece is a reimagination of "The Son of Man" by René Magritte. Blockchain has introduced an immutable ledger that anyone, regardless of race or gender, can interact with. You don't need to be a son or a man, Ethereum is for all. Stable Diffusion, Dreambooth, and Photoshop were used to create this image.
