I use both. Orb is 100x better than Phaver.

My fav for mobile is @orbapp, although i must admit i havent tried @buttrfly at this point. I tried Phaver but i liked orb way more.

I prefer Orb

I like Orb a lot better especially now they have paid collect features now but Phaver is cool cause people can interact without needing a lens handle so you have a little bit bigger of an audience that will eventually be more likely to get one when they become more readily available
