Solution for all of you that didn't receive both airdrops because they can't see the popups and claim buttons:

You need to make sure to close/stop the orb app completely. Not just press home button and start it again. Like, really stop in a "hard" way.

Go to your android/iOS-settings -> apps -> orb and close/stop it.

Then open it again. You'll see the popups and claim button.
