My bet is 5 years. Enough time for other social media platforms to drive people crazy, plus for blockchain abstraction and education to reach the necessary level.

I’m trying to recruit people, even the company I work for, but change takes time. Something would need to go seriously wrong, maybe with AI or other developments, or there could be a positive catalyst—like Orb helping so many people earn a full-time income or numerous projects being crowdfunded through the Lens community.
