10-20mins: not too superficial, but not too long either, unless it's edited like a documentary. Honestly can't stand livestreams: most of the time way too long and insubstantial, you gotta be really good at finding balance between your topic and your audience.
I am mostly following channels with video lengths that wold be in the first three groups.
Content over length time for me, i mean how can we indulge in a good podcast just through some quotes on Shorts or even a 10 mins summary right, but if the content is about a gym posture or a particular position, Shorts does it well.
