I’m seriously missing the food at the Abiquiu Inn in New Mexico!

While Tex-Mex might not always photograph the best, the flavors I experienced were unmatched.

Feast your eyes on a green chile cheeseburger with cucumber avocado mint soup, red chile-smothered fries topped with locally raised ground lamb, two sunny-side-up eggs, perfectly pickled onions, and pico de gallo. And for dessert, a delicious lemon tart with locally grown mixed berries and pistachios!

Safe to say, I’m already dreaming about my next visit 🤤✨
