OFT: Ominchain Fungible Token

It's a tech developed by Layer Zero labs where a token can be minted on as many chain as the developer selects. There should be one main source chain so contract burns the supply on source chain to mint the tokens on other chains.

Phaver is adopting this for the launch of $Social to facilitate cheaper claims for users with smaller allocations.
