I recognise this pattern

  1. Download an exciting app everyone is talking about
  2. See that you need to create and account and figure out a password
  3. Getting turned off at this point

Its funny to see how little account portability there is in web2 while there are simple ways to login with google etc even as the lowest standard.

            Yeah, web2 giants doesn't want to share data with each other, the closest we have right now is a google account that allows you to sign in to different services, but overall the problem won't be solved any time soon. Web3 never had this problem and it is really awesome!
