Nope. It would make the concepts of Bare Ownership and Usufruct obsolete and those are extremely useful. What matters is that your right of use be protected when you rent.

And more concretely... In my case (geographically instable), renting is far more convenient and also make more sense financially.

Every person should have access to some sort of private shelter, a box, to keep their stuff and to sleep safely.
