          • Have you tried using Sea-Bands? They work!

            I also find avoiding using your phone/reading while on the road also helps too.

            If you’re in a London black cab: the drivers are normally very good at making chit-chat to distract from nausea too

            • Been dealing with motion sickness my whole life. Hot tips:

              1. Don’t consume coffee right before the drive, go for lots of water instead
              2. Pop a Gravol (or other anti nausea medicine) 30m before
              3. Attempt to sit in the front passenger’s seat. I find that seeing the road makes me less sick.

                                  Ugh yea that's the worst. You could try getting some Dramamine at any pharmacy, that helped me a bit in the past

                                    • i get nauseous everywhere! car, boat.... Once my bf made me a surprise: boat cruise to Sweden... i spent my time throwing up lol worse memory of my liiife

                                      anyways u could take some pills, they work quite well. u can buy at the drugstore, u just say u feel bad in a car. then try to sleep or just watch by the window
