On the mobile app side:

1. Build more functionalities around users’ profiles and discovery. For example, setting titles on profiles like Solidity Dev/Growth Marketer, etc. And also setting users' interest preferences.
2. Option to link web2 credentials like GitHub, Substack, etc, and show the top content directly on their portfolio.
3. Recommend like-minded people to follow. And also discover new people by searching with their titles.
4. Make the learning section more interactive by gamifying the user experience.
5. Add a job section where users can explore web3 jobs and can apply with their credentials.

At the web-end: Build a portal for companies/projects and educational institutes:-

1. Where they can issue soulbound NFT badges for Proof of Employment and Proof of Education and show it back to users' lens profiles as verified work experience or education.
2. Functionality to post new learning modules which will be appeared on the app.
3. Functionality for posting jobs and seeing candidates' profiles along with their credential history.
4. Also searching for candidates on the bases of specific credentials.

The roadmap is long, but we will build it one by one with the Lens ecosystem and the community 💪
