Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit PERMAFUNGI and witness their innovative sustainability practices.

One of their interesting methods involves recycling harvested coffee grounds to grow oyster mushrooms, demonstrating an excellent example of circular economy in action. In addition to this, PERMAFUNGI is also contributing to reducing plastic waste by creating biodegradable materials that can be used in construction and ecodesign projects. (it has sound isolation properties) It's inspiring to see companies like PERMAFUNGI taking tangible steps towards a more sustainable future. 🌿🌿🌿
