Any web3 pros out there that can help me troubleshoot my XMTP messages? Most sites/apps just hang after I sign the XMTP : Enable Identity request. Buttrfly gives me an error message that says Error: invalid private key length: 0.

I'm not sure where to go from here... I've struggled to find anything useful online.

    I have the same issue!!!!!! Switched to a bitbox02 from a trezor and have had this issue for months 😣 thought it was just me lol

      Thanks for all your suggestions kind folks! I was able to get in touch with a dev via the XMTP discord who's raising the issue internally and helping me troubleshoot. Latest update is I still haven't found somewhere that prod XMTP works although it does work on dev.xmtp.chat.

        Try lensport.io it worked for me was facing the same issue on lenster and other apps

          Interesting. Have you tried on the @buttrfly.lens web app? It uses a different XMTP sdk than the mobile app so I'm curious if you get the same error there

              I had/ve a similar problem, xmtp DMs work pretty well on @converseapp.lens and @lenster.lens for me now though.

                Hey you can go to the XMTP discord and describe the issue. I had similar issues in the past and they were able to help.

                  It's surreal that I can post this and not be flooded with verified accounts who want to steal my seed phrase - Lens is an entirely different world than the Twitter/X bullshit I've been accustomed to 💕
