Working with your team or working individually?

While working with a team can provide motivation in certain situations, I personally prefer working on my own in environments where no one is around. There are no constant notification sounds, no divided tasks—truly a conducive and quality work environment 🤤
What about you? Do you prefer collaborative work environments for motivation or individual work environments?

      I think most of the time I like to work alone, but every now and then it's good to experience the mutual good effects of working with people.

              I usually choose crowded places like libraries to work, because seeing people working around me motivates me a lot so I can say working with team

                  Definitely individually! People around me are very distracting. I usually just sit with people to talk to them and then focus and work 😂

                      Same I don’t like wen people talk to me while I’m working as I have difficulties concentrating 🤭🤣
