New caching and subgraph query functions (Stream Nr.032)

Building Stream Nr.033:
Previously built caching and functionality was evolved over time and wasn't very "efficient".
Rewrote new functions for query (Superfluid) Subgraphs (for totalActiveStreams and totalHolders) and caching that data to not overextend the API usage.
