Weekly recap - 4/19/24

Hey everyone Happy Friday!!! What a week it's been. Beautiful weather here in NYC, then got cold again, now cloudy. Spring coming yet? haha

Overall, been a hectic week to say the least. My schedule coming up for the next few months is wild and prepping for all the fun. I've been heads down sketching for an upcoming mural early May, hanging with friends, and soaking up my last week here in NYC before I head West Coast again. Let's jump into the week.

Weekly recap:

-Have been sketching up ideas for the mural in Portland. It's going to be about 20ft wide x 7ft tall. A wide room in a private collectors home. They built a new home and building out each room with art. For me, this will be in their gym. Which will be super fun.

-I've been speaking with a few partners for an ordinal drop. Been on my radar for a while now, but getting the concept and details in order. I don't like to jump into a new chain for no reason and make sure this idea would resonate with the community. Been working through lots of ideas on this. TBD, won't be anytime soon, but on the radar.

-Have also been in talks for another drop for Fall time. This is in the elementary stages but should be a good one. More to come.

-Working with my agent here in NYC. I put together a new mural pitch down in Maryland, no idea if they will bite, but that was really fun brainstorming ideas for that.

-Come May 16th, I'll be on a surf trip, fully offline for 2 weeks. This is a mix of inspo trip meets a surf boat trip with my pals. Been in the books for a loooong time. Can't wait.

-Been slowly updating my e-commerce with some new prints, it's a slow burner but lots of prints available in there. www.alimofun.com
