What is a more inclusive term for “patron”? Do lens creators have a term they like to use for their most ardent collectors, supporters, guides, confidants?

Recently, I found I’ve been missing the appropriate word that not only captures collectors but also those who go out of their way to help, support, and guide a creator…BUT without the associations of the former.
